The September Vegan Cuts Beauty Box

October 6, 2015 By Dianne

The September Vegan Cuts Beauty Box

I can’t believe how quickly 2015 is flying by! I know another month has passed because another Vegan Cuts Beauty Box. has arrived at my doorstep, and it’s chockfull of wonderful cruelty-free beauty products.

If you’re unfamiliar with the Vegan Cuts Beauty Box, let me introduce you. It’s a subscription box service that sends a box full of cruelty-free beauty products such as skin and hair care products, cosmetics, nail polish, lip balm, and more right to your door each month. You never know what lotions and potions will be inside, making it a fun treat to receive each month. Subscribing to the Beauty Box is the easiest way to discover cruelty-free brands without spending a lot of money or committing to full-size product. Each box contains 4-7 new products to try, and if you like them, you can buy their full-sized counterparts from the Vegan Cuts Marketplace.

The September Vegan Cuts Beauty Box was full of products to take delicate facial skin through the change of seasons from summer to autumn, along with a few other fun goodies.

The September Vegan Cuts Beauty Box

The September Vegan Cuts Beauty Box contained:

Rosewater wipesNorabloom Botanicals Organic Rose Flower Water Pads – These cotton pads are dipped in organic rose flower water, witch hazel, and radish root ferment filtrate to detoxify and rejuvenated the skin. To use them, you simply wipe the face after cleansing, and follow up with a moisturizer.

Derma E Hydrating Night Cream – This hydrating night cream is designed to plump skin and reduce the look of fine lines. It also nourishes with vitamins for softer, smoother skin. This cream is exactly what I need right now, as my skin gets crazy dry in the cooler months.

BeingBeing Lava Terra Complexion Clay – This is a blend of Australian black clay and electrically charged activated charcoal that is formulated to open pores and dray out toxins. It also contains sea buckthorn powder to infuse the skin with nutrients, as well as rosemary essential oil to leave the skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This mask made a bit of a mess when I used it, but it left my skin feeling very soft.

Enfusia Fizz and Foam Bath Bomb – This bomb is called “Let’s Get Naked” and is scented with grapefruit, strawberry, apple, tangerine, peach, black currant, and rose petals. It’s made with skin-softening baking soda and moisturizing oils for a relaxing bath experience. My bathtub isn’t all that great for taking baths (it needs a new plug) and the smell of this bomb is a little too strong for me, so I’m going to pass it along to a friend.

HairsprayAubrey Organics Chia Hairspray – It’s been a loooong time since I’ve used hairspray, but after stepping out into the New York City wind a few weeks ago, I was thinking that I needed to pick some up. This sample couldn’t have arrived at a better time! Knowing how chai works when mixed with a liquid, it seems like a no-brainer to use in hairspray. How has no one thought of this sooner! This spray creates a soft, natural hold. It didn’t hold up on a day that was particularly humid, but it does hold up well when the weather isn’t so bad.

Au Natural Cream Shadow –This texture-rich organic cream eyeshadow is made with organic oils to nourish the skin, and it’s formulated to provide long-lasting color. The ingredients are organic and it’s free of preservatives, gluten, parabens, and other nasty additives that cosmetics can sometimes contain. I received the color “Addiction” which is a deep, shimmering gold, and will be perfect for holiday parties.

The Beauty Box is available as a monthly subscription, which means that once you sign up, a new box of products gets delivered to your door every month. If you like the samples in your box, you can order their full-sized counterpart from the Vegan Cuts Marketplace.
