As someone who believes in cleaning and moisturizing your face daily, I’m always eager to try new products. I was especially excited about Blue Orchid Botanicals because they are a mostly all organic, but also ensure their products and pure and natural. There are no funky, harsh chemicals or ingredients you can’t pronounce; everything is straight from Mother Earth. In addition, the environment is also a priority to CEO, Falon Thomas, by purchasing their products from fair trade and organic vendors whenever possible, to help support the organic agricultural movement. All of the ingredients are listed on their website so you know exactly what goes into each product and the purpose of each vitamin and mineral. A firm believer in holistic healing and positive medicine, these natural and beautifully wrapped skincare products reflect their passion and philosophies. Self proclaimed “skin therapy”, Blue Orchid Botanicals feels like a visit to the spa, but the convenience staying home.
Seaweed Moisturizing Cream: A light, fluffy cream full of vitamins and minerals. What I especially loved was that the lotion is that it wasn’t greasy or heavy and when I woke up, my face was soft and bright.
Fancy Cucumber Facial Toner: This toner is refreshing and smells fantastic. The cucumber and green tea leave your face feeling invigorated and luminous.
Charcoal + Clay Bar: A slightly blueish tone square bar that scrubs all the dirty and grossness of your face. I used it before applying the lotion and toner and it felt like a little scrub each time but not too rough.
