Recipe: Magical Tahini Dressing

January 26, 2015 By Becky Striepe

Keep a batch of this easy tahini dressing handy for dipping or drizzling. I have not found a food yet that it doesn’t go well on. Maybe not cupcakes. MAYBE.

I made this tahini dressing to top some baked falafel sliders, but you don’t have to follow my lead. Use it to top any salad you like. Or drizzle it on roasted veggies. Or use it as a dip for baked tofu.

This dressing is seriously addictive, but you know what I love almost as much as pouring this on all of the food? It takes about 5 minutes to make. In the blender. BOOM. One batch makes about 3/4 of a cup, but you can double, triple, or even quadruple this recipe easily.

I made the dressing this week and it is truly magical – I plan to make it weekly to use on salads, wraps and sandwiches. It is YUMMY!
