DIY Shoes from Milk and Honey

I, like many other women, have unrealistic shoe expectations. It takes me eons to find the perfect shoe, if I ever find it at all.  I mean, how hard is it to make a comfortable, fashionable, affordable shoe that matches most of my wardrobe and is also vegan? Sheesh.

How would you feel about creating your own shoes, customizing everything from the shape of the toe down to the height of the heel? Outrageously excited? Good! Because that is exactly what you can do over at Milk and Honey. Their website features a totally awesome shoe generator (!!)  that you can use to create your perfect pair. But be warned, you will probably lose most of your productivity for the day to hours of peep toe pump making and strappy sandal formulation. (I made the perfect pair of t-strap 20’s era shoes, inspired by my fave new show Boardwalk Empire!)

Although they have leather options, their faux materials are abundant.
