Homemade Vegan Mayo

  • 1 (14-ounce) package silken tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
