I see everything from alpacas to horses…pigs…frolicking cows (Yes! They do “frolic” and it is amazingly adorable!). I passed a nursing calf the other day. The calf turned his head and watched me as I pulled off the road to take photos. Mama Cow started licking her baby. I starting think about my toddler, and my other 3 babies I’ve nursed. My heart broke. I thought about going vegan this weekend. “Betty” literally fell into my lap (Ouch!) yesterday at a fundraiser. I enjoyed reading through it last night and I’m looking forward to trying to recipes. What a blessing! It doesn’t hurt that the Shannons seem to be as nerdy as my husband and I. All the best to this beautiful couple! Glad I found them.

Clearly, the Shannons have created a wonderful cookbook which I cant wait to try! Love the dedication to lobsters! Good job!
