Mango Azteca Dressing

- ⅓ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ cup diced mango
- ¼ cup agave
- ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Salt, to taste
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
