Mango Azteca Dressing

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • ¼ cup agave
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
